Quality Control Process

In the manufacturing process, we apply the most stringent inspection methods.

Pre-production

We will have a technology assessment based on the 2D & 3D drawings of the parts. At the same time, materials will be tested to ensure that they meet the requirements.

In-production

At LN, we strictly obey the ISO9001:2015 requirements. The quality control staff conducts routine inspections for all parts that are being produced every 2 hours. This further prevents risks from happening.

Final-inspection

For all orders, we provide full dimensional inspection report on request. And then will provide enough packing protection ensuring that we deliver the most high-quality and beautiful parts to you.
